Why should I choose you to photograph my wedding? Each wedding or event I photograph is a chance for me to collaborate with new people and each provides unique challenges. I pride myself on not being a cookie cutter wedding photographer and not following a formula - your day is uniquely yours and the photographs of your special day reflect that. I come from a fine art and editorial background , so I gravitate towards detail and creativity, but I like to infuse that with a documentary approach, which stresses a natural shooting style. I like to be unobtrusive and subtle while capturing the beauty of your day as it unfolds!
What is the standard length of time for photography coverage? Everyone has a different schedule for their wedding day, and each couple has their own needs. I recommend coverage of at least nine hours so that the full breadth of your day is captured in its entirety.
Will we get to meet you before the wedding? Yes. Every event is unique and a big part of the service I provide to you is my commitment to creating a unique collaboration between us so that you are as comfortable as possible on the big day! If time and location allow, I like to meet in person, but if that’s not possible, we can always meet via Skype or iChat. If you decide to book a full-day wedding package, you will receive a complimentary engagement shoot before your wedding. This way we will have a chance to get to know each other and have a fun shoot together before the big day!
Black and white or color. How do we choose? The beauty of digital photography is that you don’t have to! All images are shot in a format that can be printed in both black & white and color, and we provide all of the images both ways, so you can decide.
What will I receive after the wedding?
Within 6 weeks an online gallery. Within 3 months you will receive a DVD with 700+ High resolution selects.
Proof books are also available upon request.
What type of albums do you offer? I offer a variety of styles, from traditional matted style to modern bound books in custom-designed cases. I work with you and guide you through the design process so that you will have an album that reflects your personal taste and vision.
What are your rates? Everyone’s wedding day is a different and unique event. With that we try to come up with a rate that can fit into your budget. For more details see my pricing page.
